Official Contest Rules: “Hotel Galactic – Steam Next Fest Contest”

§1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1. The contest titled “Hotel Galactic – Steam Next Fest Contest” (the “Contest”) is organized by Ancient Forge Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office at ul. Wirażowa 119 / 3, 02-145 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the National Court Register under number KRS: 0001070524, NIP: 5223279585, REGON: 527061060 (hereinafter the “Organizer”).

2. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, or Valve Corporation (Steam). These platforms bear no responsibility for the organization or conduct of the Contest.

3. By participating in the Contest, participants fully accept these rules and the applicable provisions of Polish and European law.

§2. PURPOSE OF THE CONTEST

The purpose of the Contest is to promote the Hotel Galactic demo during Steam Next Fest and encourage community creativity and engagement.

§3. CONTEST DURATION

1. The Contest begins on June 14, 2025, at 00:01 CEST and ends on June 18, 2025, at 10:00 CEST.

2. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

3. The winners will be officially announced on June 18, 2025, via the Hotel Galactic Discord server.

§4. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

1. The Contest is open to any natural person who:

   • Is at least 13 years of age (participants under 18 require consent from a legal guardian),

   • Has an active account on Facebook, X (Twitter), or TikTok,

   • Accepts all terms of this Contest.

2. Employees or contractors of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Participation is free and voluntary.

§5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1. To enter the Contest, participants must:

   • Play the demo version of Hotel Galactic available on Steam.

   • Post a screenshot or fanart related to the game during the Contest period, using one of the following options:

     • As a comment under the official Facebook contest post, or

     • In reply to the official contest post on X (Twitter), using both hashtags:
       👉 #HotelGalactic and #SteamNextFest

   • Alternatively, on TikTok, publish a short video using the official Hotel Galactic face filter
     (https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNdAEoxLr/) with the same hashtags.

2. Only public posts and comments will be considered valid entries.

3. Submissions must be made before June 18, 2025, at 10:00 CEST.

4. Participants may submit multiple entries but may only receive one prize.

§6. PRIZES

1. The following prizes will be awarded:

   • 3 Steam keys for Hotel Galactic for participants from Facebook/X (Twitter),

   • 2 Steam keys for Hotel Galactic for participants from TikTok.

2. A total of 5 winners will be selected by a jury composed of Hotel Galactic team members, based on creativity, aesthetics, and originality.

3. Winners will be announced on June 18, 2025, on the Hotel Galactic Discord server.

4. Prizes will be delivered electronically (via DM or email) on July 23, 2025, shortly before the Early Access release of the game.

5. The prize is personal and may not be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

§7. PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR

1. The controller of the personal data collected during the Contest is Ancient Forge S.A..

2. The data will be processed solely for the purposes of:

   • Running the Contest,

   • Verifying participant eligibility,

   • Contacting the winners and delivering the prizes.

3. The legal basis for processing personal data is the participant’s consent, as per Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

4. Participants have the right to access, correct, or delete their data at any time by contacting: contact@ancientforgestudio.com.

5. Personal data will be stored only for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the Contest and will not be shared with third parties.

§8. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

1. Any complaints related to the Contest must be submitted by email to: contact@ancientforgestudio.com within 7 days of the winner announcement.

2. Complaints will be reviewed and responded to within 14 working days.

§9. FINAL PROVISIONS

1. These Rules are available throughout the duration of the Contest and may be updated by the Organizer for important legal or technical reasons. Any changes will be announced via the same channels as the Contest itself.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Contest if unforeseen circumstances arise or in the event of force majeure.

3. In any matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

4. Participation in the Contest is deemed acceptance of these Rules.
